Whats Changed While people close to the family had expected the addition, but the announcement puts to rest any further speculation in this regard. Aim is to be Happy!!!

Today, while i sat in my car on the way to my office like everyday, reading a book or watching something on my laptop...glanced outside of the window.. And there at a distance saw a small scooty running at top speed with a young father at its helm and mom on the pillion seat and there between them was a little kid... totally covered in white fur like jacket...sitting upright protected and squeezed from front and back by his mom n dad... And really Happy!!... With the wind blowing against his face, he trying to make aeroplane with his arms , gliding as the scooty sped forward... To my eyes, it seemed bliss... It seemed that whatever condition they were driving in and whichever vehicle they were on- didnt really matter... What mattered was that happiness - oblivious to surroundings and materialistic pleasures and comforts... And then i realized its only that happiness of ones kid is what counts and nothing else...

Looong time....

Wow...its been a long time since i posted my last blog... Things have changed a lot...work had increased manifolds...both in depth 7 breadth...more so in breadth than depth though...i think i like it more that way....Always been a generalist i suppose...Jack of all master of none :p... Anyways, enjoying it right now... want to make the stage bigger, even bigger...:)

Engagement Merger What's changed On July 31st, this Sunday, Nishant Baranwal initiated plans for a merger with Chetna Sharma in closely held talks in an undisclosed location. Implications Today's announcement is a major step towards consolidation to derive maximum shareholder value. We view this news as positive in these trying times where it has been increasingly difficult for companies to find the right multiples. This merger should lead to low volatility and less liquidity in Nishant's stock and the company might be able to cut down on significant one time expenses on the P&L. Never say Never...

After around 5 years of work ex, sometimes i look back and think why i didnt ever work in Europe...partly or rather primarily bcoz i alwayz had this notion that European were racists...a feeling which got strengthened after my first flight to NY - on Lufthansa...experience was so pinching that i decided to not take the flight ever - not only that as i used to say "it was so bad that i wouldn't even let my children inherit my property if they travel that airline" Fast forward - 4 years and around 7 months - here i am today, booking tickets for a trip to Italy & Switzerland - n guess which airline did i choose - Austrian & Swiss Air - primary reason - cost ...n to top it all realized that the Miles & more program of Lufthansa is common for Austrian air too which probably means similar kind of service...so here i m - waiting to take another of the flights which i thought nobody in my family would or should take - wierd feeling but yes as they say - Never say Neve...

Gauri vs Gaur

Two ppl - very diffrnt - very young n yet very energetic...wont like to write more as difficult to decide wat to write...bt - one of them thinkin , the other a lot jolly...one of them moody, the other hyper...nice combination...very much similar but yet so opposite...gr8 to work with both of them...:)
